2021 EVENT ATTENDEES:

NOW INCLUDED FOR LOS CABOS MAY 2021 AND CANCUN OCTOBER 2021 CUSTOMERS: ONSITE TESTING, EXTENDED STAY COVERAGE, AND ONSITE MEDICAL INSURANCE

  • All guests attending events at the Hard Rock this coming May & October, 2021 will now have on-site Covid Antigen testing (required to return to the US), as well as extended stay coverage and on-site medical insurance included with their package.

  • Please note - this plan does NOT cover you for travel related issues prior to check-in, or after check-out of the hotel. To be fully protected we strongly recommend that you purchase separate travel insurance to cover any trip delays, and/or medical issues you may incur while not on-site at the hotel.

SOCIAL DISTANCING PLAN

Music Getaways seven-point Social Distancing plan for Sol Fest Cancun, Warren Hill’s Cancun Jazz Festival, Sol Fest Los Cabos and Warren Hill’s Los Cabos Jazz Festival:

  • Music Getaways Employee distancing measures includes temperature checks, required face mask, personal protective equipment and the six-foot physical distancing policy.

  • Music Getaways states it is mandatory to wear masks in public and at concert performance areas and will offer masks to any guest who needs one. Music Getaways will ask guests to minimize the time of removing masks when drinking or eating during the concert performance areas for safety.

  • Hand-washing and enhanced sanitation, including hand-washing stations and disinfecting wipes throughout the entrance of the festival concert area.

  • Six-foot physical distancing policy wherever feasible with floor guides serving as reminders. There will be instructional signage.

  • All Concert seating areas will require Face Mask in accordance to Resort Covid-19 Safety Policy.

  • Artist will provide “pre-autographed” CDs for purchase to maintain social distancing policy.

  • Festival Gift Bags will be disinfected and sanitized prior to distribution.

If Covid-19 threatens the current schedule of any Music Getaways Event, Music Getaways will protect your package investment by rescheduling the event to another date in the future. If you are unable to attend the re-scheduled dates, you may transfer to another event up to 2 years in the future from the original date.
